any and all facilities installed thereon.

Dated March 24, 1980, between G. Lowell Moran and Kerr Coal Company.

Such portions of the SW~ySW1ySW~ of Section 28 as are
necessary in conjunction with the operation of the tipple
facilities of Kerr Coal Company.
Kerr Coal has the right to use the surface of the above-described
land in connection with the operation of its tipple facilities.
