In your request you also provided water quality data for Ponds 5 {"LP") 5A <br />and 4C. A copy of the request with the water quality data was provided to the <br />Colorado Department of Health and Environment (CDPHE), ~Nater Quality Control <br />Civision for comments. Their comments regarding your request were received on <br />April 1 t, t 995. COPHE did a comparison of the data you provided against the surface <br />water stream standards for the Arequa Gulch Basin.
