The information obtained <br /> was imal as to the actual mining or quarrying and the ultimate use of <br /> the p operty, The property according to the zoning map is presently C-2 <br /> and no change in zoning has been requested. Therefore, we must pretest <br /> the i0suance of a mining permit until such time as an application has been <br /> filedlwith Jefferson County to permit mining and change of zoning and hear- <br /> ings thereon have been held. .
