<br />36 Enterprises <br />Deakins Pit <br />Exhibit "B" <br />SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />July 22, 2001 <br />a) See attached exhibit "B-1 ", current vegetation of <br />proposed gravel pit site is, sage brush and native range <br />land grasses see attached exhibit "B-2" (for pictures). <br />b) The only man made structure within 200 feet of proposed <br />site is an abandoned Drive Inn theater, shown on exhibit <br />maps. <br />c) Existing water resource is at 550 +/- feet from site shown on <br />exhibit "E" maps), being a slough with standing water year <br />round with head gates at each end. Head gates located <br />on the north bank of the Yampa River. Water drainage <br />from site will flow into natural low spot 150+/- feet south of <br />site then drain to west under first street through an existing <br />18" culvert into Deakins property on the west side of <br />first street see exhibit "E-2". <br /> <br />
