Both documents must be redone <br />properly before the Division can accept them and then can transfer the permit to Corkle Construction. <br />Notarization of Signatures -Corporate Surety and Performance Warranty Forms: Ms. Rosemary Kisling has <br />notarized her own signature. She must witness Ms. Keri Olson's signature and Mr. Harry E.
