The <br />Commissioners did approve the request with the following conditions: <br />-the mining proceed as described in the application submitted to Teller County <br />Planning Department dated July 2001; <br />-equipment used in the operation be limited to a hydraulic back hoe, hand <br />equipment, and pick-up truck; <br />-no explosives or hazardous materials be used in the operation; <br />-the hours of operation are limited to daylight hours. <br />Any deviation from the above conditions or the request as presented will require an <br />amendment to the Conditional Use Permit, and another hearing before the Planning <br />Commission. <br />The applicant for a mining conditional use permit must submit to the County a copy <br />of the annual report and map required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Once received by the County, the applicant's annual report will serve as the basis for a <br />continuation of the applicant's existing conditional use permit which will remain in effect as <br />long as the applicant continues to file the annual report. <br />If you have any questions concerning this information please feel free to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jan Ma non <br />Seri r Planner <br />cc: Jim Stevens, DMG <br />
