it . <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />~ •_ <br />• n c ~ O L U T, N <br />/ wnr:IH:ns, ac a regular meeting of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Routt County, State of Colorado, held on <br />February 19, 1975, at the Rout[ County Courtlioi~sc, Steamboat <br />Springs, Colorado, a licaring was held on the petition for a <br />~~ <br />Special Use Permit filed by Colorado-Ute Electric Association; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the necessary data has been submitted and <br />fees paid; and <br />IVFIEREAS, the Routt County Planning Commission has <br />reviewed its report and has submitted its advisory opinion to <br />~• the Boarcl; and ' <br />{YHEREAS, notice fur such hearing has been published <br />as required by law; and <br />{VHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied <br />the request of the petiticner and studied the recommendations <br />' of the Routt County Planning Commission, and having been fully <br />' informed; <br />. T <br />NO{4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners, that the petition be granted and a Special Use <br />Permit for an electrical transmission line in excess of G9 KV <br />~~i ~. be granted upon the folloti+ing conditions: <br />1. That said lines do not penetrate the 34:1 approach <br />on Runway 28 at the Yampa Valley Airport when that run~aay is <br />extended eastward 3,000 feet in two 1,500 foot intervals, <br />' ". 2. The FAA has reviewed and approved the location of <br />the lines rcl~~tivc to F.A.R. Part 77; <br />. 3.
