Long <br />Division Director <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology has completed review of the 2"d 3rd and 4m <br />quarter Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR's) for 2000 for the Raton Creek mine, #C- <br />82-055. Second quarter reports were not reviewed directly but surtace water data was <br />submitted that showed samples were taken during the quarter. <br />These reports comply with the requirements of Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii)(A) for submittal of <br />completed forms to meet NPDES permit requirements. Data is consistent generally <br />with field observations. <br />We have no further questions or comments at this time.
