This report is filed in accordance with Rule 2.U2.6(3)(a) of the Regulations
of the Colorado Mined Lana Reclmnation Board for Coal ~gining, adopted in
accordance witn the Colorado SurFace Coal Mining Nct, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sew.
The purpose of tnis report is to update the Division on exploration ano
reclamation activities Lhdt nave occurred in the past 18U days of active
prospecting. The report also indicates any cnanges in operations from wnat
was stated in the original Notice of Intent sent to the Division. The
Operator may use tnis form, modify tnis form, or use a different format .

All proposed monitor wells have been installed and will be required for future
monitoi•inq operations, therefore, no hole plugging procedures have been initiated.
Disturbed areas at each well site not required for mon'itoring activities. have
been draded, topsoil replaced and reseeded with the Seneca II permanent deed
