AZ 86001 County: Rniitt. <br />Date: 11/16/90 <br />This report is filed in accordance with Rule 2.U2.6(3)(a) of the Regulations <br />of the Colorado Mined Lana Reclmnation Board for Coal ~gining, adopted in <br />accordance witn the Colorado SurFace Coal Mining Nct, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sew. <br />The purpose of tnis report is to update the Division on exploration ano <br />reclamation activities Lhdt nave occurred in the past 18U days of active <br />prospecting. The report also indicates any cnanges in operations from wnat <br />was stated in the original Notice of Intent sent to the Division. The <br />Operator may use tnis form, modify tnis form, or use a different format . <br />altogetner. <br />1. Attach a map that snows: <br />a) Which proposed holes have been drilled to date, <br />b) Any actual or proposed relocations of holes, <br />r <br />c) Tne extent of all significant road construction completed to <br />date (exclude minor olatle work), and <br />d) Current location of all drill rigs and test equipment. <br />1. Describe what and wnere reclamation activities nave occurred in the <br />past 18U days. Mention sealing and plugging, reyrading, retopsoiling and <br />reseeding activities. (Attacn additional pages, if needed.) <br />All proposed monitor wells have been installed and will be required for future <br />monitoi•inq operations, therefore, no hole plugging procedures have been initiated. <br />Disturbed areas at each well site not required for mon'itoring activities. have <br />been draded, topsoil replaced and reseeded with the Seneca II permanent deed <br />Mix No. 3.
