Grace & Co. <br />has conveyed the real property in Routt County, Colorado which it <br />purchased from you to H-G Coal Ca~any, a Delaware general partner- <br />ship in which the partners are Coalgrace, Inc., a wholly owned sub- <br />sidiary of Grace, and Hanwest, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiarl of <br />Tlie Hanna dining Cai3:any. In connection with that conveyance, H~ <br />has assumed the obligation to oay the note which Grace made in your <br />favor when it purchased the property. In addition, Grace-has as- <br />signed to H-G the coal and oil and gas leases which you granted to <br />Grace covering the property. Because of that assignment, H-G trould <br />like to change the name and address to which notices in connection <br />with those leases should be given.
