Ms. Justus is a project geologist with nine (9 )years of experience in ground <br />water and is a registered geologist. Ma Justus' expertise is in ground water investigations, ground <br />water modeling, and groundwater mapping and analysis. Her resmne will be included as an exhibit. <br />12. Mr. Moser is an engineering <br />technician with 15 years of experience in civil engineering design. Jeff specializes in civil design and <br />field supervision for water main design and construction projects. His resume will be included as <br />an exhibit. <br />13.
