New notice includes all notice requirements that
would be required of a new application including notice to all
owners of the surface rights of the affected land and to the owners
of record of immediately adjacent lands. These owners should be
noticed immediately after first publication. Once this has been
done, t:'ze Division would have to wait for the required 20 day
public ~~omment period (after the date of the last publication in
the new,~paper) to pass before the application could be considered
by the Board again.
If you ]lave any questions, please contact me.
Sincere:Ly,
C ~" 7 ~ --
Carl B.
