After receiving letters of objection to the project during the public comment <br />period for this application, DMG has scheduled this meeting in accordance with Rule 2.7.1 of the Construction <br />Materials Rules and Regulations. A[ this meeting, an agenda will be prepared for the March Board Hearing of this <br />application, assuming that a decision is issued for this application on March 3, 2000, the curtent decision date for [he <br />Division. If [here is a delay in the application process resulting in re-scheduling of the Pre-Hearing Conference, a <br />notice will go out of the new meeting place and time.
