Unless <br />specifically exempted, or modified in Part LF.S of this permit, aflow-measuring device will be applicable at all desienated <br />discharge points. <br />At the request of the Division, the permittee shall show proof of the accuracy of any IIow-measuring device used in obtainim~ <br />data submitted in the monitoring repot. The alteration or addition could significantly change the nature or increase the quantity or pollutants discharged; or <br />b. 1'he alteration or adc{ilivn results in a significant change in the pernittee's stud++e use or iisposal practices, and such <br />alteration, addition, or change Wray justify the application of permit conditions t~iai are differenrfrom or absent in the <br />existing permit, including notification of additional use or disposal sites not reported pursuant to an approved land <br />application plan. <br />The pemtittee shalt give advance notice to the Division of any planned changes in the pemtitted facility or activity, ~ehich Wray <br />insult m noncompliance with pemtit requirements. <br />Whenever notification of any planned physical alterations or additions to the permitted facility is inquired ppursuant to this <br />section, the pernittee shad famish the Division such plans and specifications which the Division deems reasonably necessan to <br />evaluate the ettect on the discharge. the s(reant, or erourtd realer.
