GENERAL MONITORING, SAMPLING. AND REPORTING REQCIRELtENTS <br />Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part 1.8.1 shall be on a monthly basis. Reporting of all data gathered shall <br />comply with the requirements of Part LF. (General Requirements). Monitoring results shall be summarized for each month and <br />reported on Division approved discharge monitoring report (D:~IR} fomis (EPA Cornt 3320-i). The fomis shall be mailed tv the <br />agencies listed below so. they are p<unnarked no later than the 28th day of the month following the end of each calendar rtontit. <br />if no discharge occurs during the reporting period, "No Discharge" shall be reported. <br />1'he DMR tbrms consist of fitnr pages -the top "original" copy, and three attached nv-carbon-rcyuired copies. The Discharge Monitoring Report forms shall be filled ottt accurately <br />and completely in accordance wilt requirements of this permit and the instructions on the forms. An authorized person as <br />identified in Part LD.G shall sign them. <br />Calculations for all linii{ations,,w•hich require the'areraging of measurements, shall utilize an arithmede mean unless othencise <br />specified by the Division in the permit. <br />2. Rrpmccntative San line <br />Samples and .measurements taken as required herein shalt be representatit.•e of the volume and nature of the monitored <br />discharge. All samples-shall be taken at the monitoring points specified in this pertit and, unless othetwise specified, befbrc <br />the effluent joins or is diluted by any other wastestream, body of water, or substance. As indicated in Section R.1 of this perntit, <br />uo special sampling restrictions related to stonnw•ater apply to Outfall 001 A. However, the data that are collected must provide <br />an accurate representation of the quantity and yuality of the water flowing past the point.
