O'Connor;
I am enclosing the 2nd legal notice from the local newspaper
and three of the four certified returns of notices to
adjacent landowners. I do not have one from 14r. Federsen,
but I am sending a copy of the receipt of certified mail that
I mailed the notice to him on.
Also the following exhibits will be revised to read:
A Exhibit E Reclamation Flan
1. The final slopes of my pond will be no steeper than
a ratio of 2:1, horizontal to vertical, except from
5ft above to 10 ft below the expected water line,
where the slopes will be no steeper than 3:1, horizontal.
to vertical. This can be accomplished easily with a
dragline by redistributing the existing materiel.
B Exhibit H Reclamation Costs
1. The following costs x111 be revised:
Resloping with Dozer, changed to 6"/ac a $0.94/cu yd,
for a total of $75tl.27 per acre. Redistributing ,
topsoil revised to 9'/ac ~ $0.94/cu yd or $1137.40
per acre. This brings the total reclamation cost to
$2073.77 per acre. I have the $5000.00 Bond.
C Miscellaneous
hir. Henry Federsen's ob,7ection has not been resolved.
I believe it should be brought before the board.
I appreciate your help.
Respectful_lyA,
~y~1T `Q~'~'+-~
Jon F.
