This application <br /> will be presented before the Mined Land Reclamation Board at the May <br /> 25-26, 1983 meeting. Please respond to the following questions/comments, <br /> point-by-point, by May 13, 1983, to provide review time for the staff. <br /> A. Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br /> It is unclear where exactly the two dams are located. From <br /> the Division's understanding, one dam is on the south end of area <br /> "F" (from map, Exhibit F-1 ) and the second dam is on the south end <br /> of area "C" (from map, Exhibit F-1 ) . Is this correct? Also, <br /> please provide a cross-sectional diagram to scale of these two dams. <br /> \ <br /> -&. Please specify the direction of mining and the sequence from <br /> one olock to another to be followed. These determinations must be <br /> made prior to Board consideration. If the direction of mining <br /> and/or sequence from one block to another changes, then the <br /> operator needs to notify the Division via a technical revision or <br /> an amendment. This technical revision or amendment would then have <br /> to be approved by the Board. <br /> Will a 10-acre block be totally backfilled and reclaimed <br /> before proceeding to the next 10-acre block? If not, then please <br /> upwardly amend the maximum disturbance at any one time figure to <br /> reflect this extra acreage. AkAX.
