At a minimwn, you must include a description of the vegetation <br />in the azea of the proposed operation. The local office of the Natural Resowces Conservation Service (NAGS) may provide you <br />with this information as well as recormnendations for Exhibit D -Reclamation Plan; <br />ADDF.NIIf IM 1 - NnNre Rrrrnirements - AfRdavit of Posting Nntire fCionTfRrdn 1.6.2(llfhll: A[ the time the application is <br />filed with the Office, the Applicant shall provide a signed and dated affidavit that such notice (sigh was posted according to the <br />provisions of this Rule. <br />Yow application will not be considered filed until the information listed above is received and found sufficient to begin ow review. A <br />decision date will be established 30 days from the date of receipt of all of the requested information. Additionally, if you have already <br />published notice you will need to republish notice, after the Division considers the application subrtdtted. Republication must occw once <br />within [en (]0) days of the submittal date. We will notify you when you should initiate republication of }row notice. The 5na1 date for <br />receiving wrnments is ten (10) days after the date of publication w the next regulaz business day. <br />You have sixty (60) days fiom the above date to submit atl necessary documents that the Office needs for an application to be considered <br />filed. ]f, at the end of the sixty-day period, the application has not been determined to be filed with the Office, the Office shall deny the <br />application and terninate the application file. <br />This letter shall not be constmed to mean [ha[ there are no other technical deficiencies in yow application.
