Identification: The discharge goes to the Rlto Seco, Segment 28 of the Rio Grande Sub-basin of the Rio <br />Grande Basin. This stream segment is classed for the following uses: Recreation, Class 1; Aquatic Life, <br />Class 1 Cold; Water Supply; and Agriculture. <br />Antidearadation: Since the receiving water is not designated as Use Protected, this discharge is subject to an <br />antldegredaGon review and limits are based upon antidegredation requirements.
