A number of comments were received during the public <br />meeting from many individuals. This list of comments is too extensive to include in this section of the rationale, but a <br />summary of the questions, issues, concerns, and comments raised at the meeting is included in the attached Appendix E. <br />The Division has reviewed and considered the issues discussed in the public meeting with respect to making changes for <br />this permit and rationale. This permit is again being submitted (or public notice review on August 4, 2000 (or a thirty day <br />period. <br />
