During this period, only ponds A (Outfall 001), B (Outfall 003), D (Outfall 005), and E (Outfall 006) discharged to <br />Foidel Creek. Outfall 001 discharged during the weeks of September 1st and 8'", which allowed for two samples to be <br />collected and analyzed. Outfall 003 discharged only one time, the week of September 15'", which allowed for one sample to <br />be collected and analyzed during this month. Outfall 005 discharged twice and Outfall 006 discharged all four weeks allowing <br />for both samples to be collected and analyzed. No permit excursions were noted for this period. <br />Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were conducted the week of July 15'h for Outfall 001, and the week of <br />September 17'" for 005. Both Outfall 001 and 005 passed for D. magna, with "Concentrations with Statistically significant <br />Difference in Lethality" reported at >100°! . Copies of the CDPS W ET Test Report Forms for these tests are included with this <br />submittal. <br />Outfalls Oo2, ooa, 007, 008, and 009 did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during this period. Outfall 020 <br />has not been constructed yet; therefore there is no discharge to enable chemical testing to date. Points 010, 016 and 017 <br />have been eliminaled From this permit. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be <br />substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls, which did not discharge. <br />certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting /alse in/ormation, including the <br />possibility o/ /ine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
