Luny <br /> Division Director <br />RE: Required Financial Wartanty Increase For Permits h1-77-011, iv1 -73-255, M-31-096, <br />M-33-033, M-36-079, M-79-165, and M-77-526. <br />Dear Mr. Frei: <br />This letter is to inform you that your required financial warranty increase of $195,700 for the permits listed <br />above is past due. As mentioned in the Division's August 20, 1993 correspondence, you have the option <br />of providing either a replacement warranty of $591,700 or an additional warranty of $195,700, submitting <br />a technical revision to the perrni[ for the M & G Pi[ (NI-86-079) to allow the ] 0 acre shallow lake/wetland <br />area to remain "as is", or completing $195,700 worth of additional reclamation work. The Division will <br />allow you an additional 30 days to complete one of these options. However, you must complete one of <br />these options by no later than 5:00 P.ivt., November 23, 1998. Failure to comply will result in the issuance . <br />of a Notice of Possible Violation for failure [o post adequate bond, in accordance with C.R.R. 34-32.5- <br />117(4j(b) and Rule 4.2.1(3) of the Conswction Material Rules & Regulations.
