<br />The permit is issued Eor the purpose of three (3) va ter Lmpoundmeae dams
<br />and ponds far ezce ss va ter Erom underground mining operations.
<br />Occupancy and use under chrs permit shall begin on Hay 22, 1978, and
<br />[e rminate on Hay 22, 1983.
<br />2. In cons ide ca tion for this use, the pe rmi tree shall pay to the Board of Lid
<br />Ca®issioners the sum of FiFty and No/100 Da llars (550.00) on the dace hereof,
<br />and annually in advance there af[e r. Provided, however, charges Eoc this
<br />use may be readju aced ac the end of each the-year term of the pe rmi [, co
<br />place the charges on a basis commensurate with the value of the authorized
<br />use.

<br />A. No more of the surface area of said land shall be disturbed Chan is

<br />impoundment pond area.
<br />Timber is not to he cut unless specifically authorized. Any merehantzb Le
<br />timber cut an scale land by the permittee is to remain the property pi
<br />the state. A11 ocher timber, slash, stumps, and boughs are to be
<br />disposed of by the pe mittee.
<br />C. This permit does not grant exclusive use of the Land described, and the
<br />permit area shall be available Eor other surf ate uses, inc lading live-
<br />stock grazing, vhe re <ompatib Le with operations conduc led by the
<br />pexmittee. This provision may 6e nu 111 Eied if so designated here:
