RE}[PtER, here- <br />inafter called the Seller, and the BOARD OF COUNTY C0.~IMISSIONERS <br />of Jefferson County, Colorado, a body politic and corporate, <br />hereinafter called the Purchaser. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That the Seller and the Purchaser for the considerations <br />hereinafter named, agree as follows: <br />1. Seller agrees to sell and Purchaser agrees to purchase <br />a minimum of Thirty Thousand (30,000) tons of gravel per year <br />to be removed by the Purchaser frorn the following described <br />real property of the Seller situated in the County of Jefferson, <br />State of Colorado, to-wit: Two (2) Parcels: (1) :Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, <br />9, 10, 11 and 15a except the South 100 feet thereof, B1oFk.4, Jim's Subdivision, <br />Szction.•'1, Township 7 South, Range 72 West,~property of DONALD LANG and FRED R. <br />REHMER. (2) Lots I2, 13 ,_ 14 and 15 and the South 100 feet of Lot 15a., Block 4, <br />Jim's Subdivision, Section 1, Township 7 South, Range 72 West and the North 200 <br />feet of Lot 33, Linn's Subdivision, Section 1; Township 7 South, Range 72 West, <br />the proRerty of FRED R, REHtIER._ - ' <br />SELLER REQUESTS AS PART OF THE CONTRACT THAT GRADES TO BE 6% OR LESS TO THE SOUTHEAST. <br />2. The purchase price of said gravel shall be based upon <br />a rate of Fifteen ~ cents (15 C) per ton for each ton of gravel <br />removed from the Seller's property described above. Payment <br />shall be made on a monthly basis and shall become due and pay- <br />able by the Purchaser to the Seller only after verification of <br />quantity of material removed by Jefferson County Road and Bridge <br />Department and requisition by the Seller. <br />3.
