No permit limitation exceedences occurred during this quarter.
For Outfall 022 and 024, more parameters were reported than required in the field statistics because Routine Chronic Wet
Testing was being performed at that time. Site 003 did not begin discharging until mid-October.
Outfall 003 fell short of meeting some of the'Erequency of analysis' requirements for lab parameters. The reported statistics
demonstrate that this site was visited per permit requirements, but the correct parameters were not teased. A different monitoring
procedure has been implemented (see attached) along with group meetings to discuss the new program and stress [he
requirements imposed by this discharge permit. In addition, a weekly contact will be made to go over activities Eor the 7day
monitoring period. This will help both the new personnel working with the program and tracking of the required sampling.
Chronic Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) [esting was performed a[ Outfalls 003, 022, and 024 and indicated no toxicity to
P. promelas or C dubia . The "Concentration with Statistically Significant Difference in Lethality" was > 100% for both species at
each Ou[fall. Copies of the CDPS WET Test Repot Fotms for bo[h species are included in the submittal.
Outfalls 004, D07, 009, Ol 1, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, and 023 along with Site 300I did trot discharge
during this period. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substitu[ed for the actual
DMR forms to cover the outfalls which did not discharge.
I cerify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar wi[h the information submitted herein; and
based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is true,
accurate, and comple[e.
