The NPDES repons have been prepared in compliance
with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). No values exceeded the permit limitations and no problems were noted with this
report. Sediment pond repons find that all ponds are functioning as designed and as normal, ponds 1 and 7
continue to discharge.
If you have any questions or are in need of any additional information, please write or call me at (303) 866-
3567.
Sincerely,
!~ \~~
Harry B.
