Sherman <br />Fxeutive Director <br />(Vacant) <br />State Erglneor <br />We have received the January 19, 2007 letter requesting renewal of a substitute water <br />supply plan ("SWSP") to cover depletions caused by gravel mining operations at multiple mine sites <br />operated by Aggregate Industries ("Aggregate" or "Applicant") along the South Platte River <br />mainstem, Upper Poudre River (headwaters to Timnath Reservoir Inlet), Lower Poudre River <br />(Timnath Reservoir inlet to the confluence with the South Platte River) and St. Vrain River.
