We <br />discussed the supplemental materials which I provided you at <br />the meeting and agreed that those materials should be further <br />modified, in order to make them acceptable to the Mined Land <br />Reclamation staff, as follows: <br />EXHIBIT D - MINING PLAN <br />1. Page 2 - item #18: Add "55.55 acres" with an <br />asterisk. The asterisk refers to a phrase to be added at the <br />bottom of Page 2 "Applicant contends that this is not 'affected <br />land' but is including the land for purposes of processing this <br />application." The land disturbance expected will now read <br />"134.70 acres." <br />EXHIBIT E - RECLAMATION PLAN <br />2. Page 4 - line #28: Change the word "flow" to <br />"flows" and add "equal to a 10-year flood or such greater flows <br />as required to comply with the terms of an applicable NPDES <br />permit. <br />3. Page 4 - line #30: Add two new sentences after the <br />word "canyon": "These structures will either eventually be covered <br />by the dump or, after abandonment, will be removed and graded to <br />the topography of the surrounding area. See map, Exhibit F, for <br />original contours," <br />4. Page 5 - line #2: Delete the sentence "Any hazard will <br /> <br />
