SUGGESTED FORMAT FOR REQUIRED PUBLIC NOTICE
BY NEWSPAPER

FOR ALL APPLICATIONS for a permit to conduct coal mining in Colorado, a proposed
notice must be submitted to the Division with any permit application, renewal or
revision. Upon notice from the Division that the application is complete, the
applicant must immediately publish the notice in a local newspaper of ganeral
circulation in the locality of the proposed operation at least once a week _'or
four consecutive weeks. (See Rule 2.07.3(2]). A suggested format is as follows:
