• Replacement pages for the reclamation cost estimate for Seneca II-W Mine's Permit <br />Renewal 04/Permit Revision OS are included in Enclosure C. The replacement pages are <br />the cost summary form, direct cost summary sheet forms OOa, OOb, OOc and OOe and tasks <br />002, 015, 028, 046 and 098-103. Additionally, Tasks 016, 029, 106 and 110 are to be <br />removed from the estimate, for reasons described in Enclosure B. <br />In response to your previous request for extension of the review time frame, and to allow <br />sufficient time for resolution of the outstanding issues, we are extending the deadline for <br />issuance of a proposed decision for an additional 90 day period, until June ] 5, 2006. <br />In order to ensure that no fiuther deadline extensions will be necessary, please submit a <br />substantive response to the remaining items of concern identifted in Enclosure A and <br />Enclosure B, and indicate whether you have any questions or concerns with the updated <br />cost estimate, within 30 days of receipt of this letter. Given the large amount of final <br />grading, drainage channel construction, and topsoiling to be completed in 2006, it is very <br />important that the outstanding issues regarding these reclamation tasks be resolved <br />as soon as possible, and prior to onset of the primary field season. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions. <br />Sincere ~ - <br />• Daniel T.
