20. There are a number of other permanent man-made structures, all appazently owned by Coulson <br />Excavating, Inc., where mining will occur within 200 feet of each structure. These include an old house in <br />the northwest comer of the permit azea, a shed and storage bin in the southwest comer of the permit azea, <br />and a series of irrigation laterals and trenches. Please provide a signed and notarized statement by Coulson <br />Excavating, Inc. listing ail permanent man-made s[mctures owned by them where mining will either <br />eliminate them or occur within 200 feet of them. <br />Once again, I will look forwazd to your response on or before October 25, 2002 to allow adequate time for <br />review before the November 11, 2002 decision date. Rule 1.8.1 states that changes and additions to the <br />permit application must be filed with the Division and the County Clerk and Recorder.
