<br />Beginning immediately end lasting through July 31, 1996, the permittee Ss authorized to discharge from
<br />outfalls 001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015 and 016, the discharges from
<br />sedimentation poTd9, ss shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6,
<br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Cc»ission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section
<br />10.1.3, ~ State Discharge Pezmit Syst® Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted
<br />discharge shall mt roast-=i++ effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations
<br />specified below or exceed the specified flow limitation.
