PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT.• <br />In a letter dated January I8, 1994, the pmnittec requested the addition of one rtew outfall, 016, jor the discharge of <br />surface runoff and possible mine water. The added outfaU is noted as such in the table above. <br />V. CHANGES TO EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS AND MONITYIRING REQUIREMENTS: <br />Because of this addition, limitations haue been added for outfall 016, ar shown in Part I.A. of the permit. <br />V/.
