Dear Lloyd V Barnhart:
On May 09, 1986, the Mined Land Reclamation Division found Summit Pressed
Brick d Tile Co to have satisfied the applicable requirements of
CRS, 34-32-101 et seq. for obtaining a mining and reclamation pe it.
Therefore, a permit is being issued. Two signed originals of the permit have
been executed. We have kept one copy for our files and are enclo ing one copy
for your use. Please read the terms of the permit. It is your r sponsibility
to comply with all of the terms of the permit. Asa reminder, he a are a few
things we feel are important.
1. All of the original application materials, as amended and sup
are an integral part of your permit. They have been incorporated
