Two signed originals of the permit have <br />been executed. We have kept one copy for our files and are enclo ing one copy <br />for your use. Please read the terms of the permit. It is your r sponsibility <br />to comply with all of the terms of the permit. Asa reminder, he a are a few <br />things we feel are important. <br />1. All of the original application materials, as amended and sup <br />are an integral part of your permit. They have been incorporated <br />permit by reference.
