4.30.2 PERMANENT CESSATION OF OPERATIONS

In the case of permanent cessation, all affected areas shall be
reclaimed as prescribed in the approved permit.
All underground openings, surface equipment and other facilities
not required for continued underground mining activities or
monitoring shall be removed prior to reclamation.
