<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that L C',. F:VERiST Of SUMMIT County,
<br />Colorado hereinafter called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sttm of ONE llOLLAR
<br />($1.00) and other good attd valuable considerations to them in hand paid, receipt whereof is
<br />hereby acknowledged, have and granted, and by these presents do hereby give and grant unto the
<br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, STATE OF COLORADO, hereinafter called the
<br />Grantee, an Easement on, along, over and across the following described premises, to-wit:
<br />DESCRIPTION
<br />A Temporary Easement No. TE-lA of the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
<br />State of Colorado, Project No. FR(CJ~009-2(9), containing 32,405sq. ft./0.744 acres, more or
<br />less, in Lo[ 12, Arapaho National Forest in the SWl/4 of Section IO,Township 4 South, Range
<br />78 West, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in SUMMIT County, Colorado, said Temporary
<br />Easement being more particulazly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the West Quarter Comer of Said Section 10; Thence S. 36 ° ] 0' 18" E., a distance
<br />of 500.869 meters (1643.27 feet) to a point on the existing Northeasterly Right-of--Way line of
<br />State Highway 9, same point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
<br />1. Thence S. 40° 52' 22" E., a distance of 155.272 meters (509.42 Feet) along said existing
<br />Right-of--Way line ;
<br />2. Thence continuing along said existing Right-of--Way line, along the azc of a crave to the
<br />right having a radius of 1 179.493 meters (3869.72 feet), a distance
<br />of 304.352 meter (998.53 feet), (the chord of said
<br />arc bears S. 33 ° 28' S2" E., a distance of 303.509
<br />meters (995.76 feet) );
<br />3. Thence S. 26° OS' 20" E., continuing along said existing Right-of--Way line, a distance of
<br />36.646 meters (120.23 feet) [o a point on the south line of said section 10, same line
<br />being the south line of said Lot l2, Arapaho National Forest;
<br />4. Thence S. 89° 51' 18" E., a distance of 6.071 meters (19.92feet) along said south line of
<br />said section 10 and lot 12;
<br />5. Thence N. 25° 08' 30" W., a distance of 39.335 meters (129.05 feet);
<br />6. Thence along the azc of a curve to the left having a
<br />radius of 1185.589 meters (3889.72 feet), a distance
<br />of 305.925 meters (1003.69 feet), (the chord of said
<br />arc bears N. 33 ° 28' S2" W., a distance of 305.077
<br />meters (1000.91 feet) );
<br />7. Thence N. 40°52' 22" W., a distance of 150.130 meters (492.55 feet) to a point on the
<br />North property line of said Lot 12, Arapaho National Forest;
<br />8. Thence S. 89 ° 16' 13" W., a distance of 7.974 meters (26.16feet), more or less, along the
<br />North line of said Lot ] 2, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />The above described Temporary Easement No. TE-lA contains .301 hectares/3010.6 square
<br />tneters (.744 acres/32405 square fect), more or less.
