PE-1 B <br />PROJECT CODE: 87037 <br />PERMANENT EASEMENT ~~ <br />Nom' <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that L.G.Everi , of Summit County, State of <br />Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor," for and inconsideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR <br />($ l .00), and other valuable consideration in hand paid by the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, <br />STATE OF COLORADO, hereinafter called the "Department," receipt of which is hereby ackno.vledged, <br />has given and granted and by these presents does hereby give and grant unto the said Department RIGHT- <br />OF-WAY and EASEMENT on, along, over, across and under the following described premises, to-wit: <br />A permanent easement No. P1r I B containing 4143 sq. ft. / 0.095 acres, more or less in Arapaho <br />National Forest lot 12 in the SW 1/4 of Section 10, Township 4 South, Range 78 West of Sixth Principal <br />Meridian, in Summit County, Colorado, said easement being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the West 1/4 Corner of said Section l0; Thence S. 32°08' 12" E., a <br />distance of 520.237 meters (1706.81 feet) to a point on the existing Southwesterly Right-of-Way line of <br />State Highway 9 said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />Thence N. 40° 52' 22" W., a distance of 42.b97 meters (140.08 feet) along said existing Right-of- <br />Way line to a point of intersection of said Right-of Way line with the southerly line of Arapaho <br />National Forest Lot 11, same line being the northerly line of Lot 12; <br />2. Thence N. 89° O1' 18" W., a distance of 11.25 meters (36.91feet); <br />3. Thence S. 39° 54' 08" E., a distance of 44.644 meters (146.47 feet); <br />4.
