The land described in Schedule A oC dris Commitment must be a single (amity residence, inchrdirtg a <br />condominium or Townhouse unit. <br />B. No labor nor materials must have been famished by mechanics or materialmcn for purpoxs of <br />construction as the land described in Schedule A of this Commitment within the past 13 months. <br />C. Receipt of this Company of an appropriate affidavit indemnifying it against unfiled mechanic's and <br />materialmen's liens. <br />D. Any deviation from wrMitions A through C above are subject to any additional requirements oC <br />infortnation as the Company may deem necessary. <br />Note (3) Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 10-11-122 we arc making you aware of the following: <br />(i) The subject property maybe located in a special taxing district; <br />(ii) A certificate oC taxes due listing oath taxing jurisdiction shall be obtained from the County <br />Treasurer or the County Treasurer's authorized agent; <br />(iii) Information regarding special districts and the boundaries of such districts may be obtained from <br />the Board oCCounty Commissioners, the County Qerk and Recorder, or the County Assessor. <br />
