Banks and Gesso, LLC <br />EXHIBIT J -VEGETATION INFORMATION <br />Overview <br />At present, the Haldorson property is a 156-acre farm. The majority of the land is used <br />for cultivating various crops. <br />Adjacent Land Uses and Veoetation <br />Areas immediately adjacent to and within approximately 200 ft of the proposed site <br />consist of agricultural, mining, limited residential and transportation (LaSalle Road, Road <br />6175 and Road 6200) with their typical associations of vegetation. <br />Potential Wetlands or Protected Species <br />A search of the Colorado Natural Heritage Program's Biological and Conservation <br />Datasystems (BCD) files indicated that there were no occurrences of rare, threatened or <br />endangered species of plants located within the project area. A copy of the search <br />records is attached as Appendix 2.
