This letter is in reply to the letter you received from Hal D. Simpson
of the Division of Water Resources, dated June 18, 1980.
The attached letter from our geologist, Robert Barrett, will answer the
first two items of this letter. Concerning Item Number 3 - yes, water
will be required for dust control and it is possible that water could be
used to wash sand and gravel. If water is used for washing sand and gravel,
all state requirements concerning this type of an operation will be met.
