the Colorado Mated Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") to conduct the extraction of construcrian materials operations in
OTERO COUNTY County. The attached information is being provided to notify you of the locaticm and
nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is oa file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division's and
the local county,clerk err recorder.
The applicantloperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to RANGELAND use. Pursuant to
Section 3432.5-116(4xm), C.R.S., the Board may cwfer with the local Conservation Districu before approving of the
post-mining land use. Accardmgly, the Board would appreciate your ca®meats cn the prolwsed operation. Please note that, in
order to preserve yore right to a hearing before the Board on this applicatic®, you must submitwritten coem~u oa the application
within twenty (20) days of the date of last publication of notice pursuant to Searc®3432.S-112(10), C.RS.
