This will allow the river to flow in approximately the same location that it does now. The river will rejoin the northwesterly channel near the northwest corner of the property as shown on Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan Map. 2. Very little vegetation is present in the areas of the proposed excavations, but a few cottonwood shrubs will be removed during the operation. As discussed in Item 4 below, twenty-four b'-10' cottonwood trees will be planted as part of the reclamation process, in the appro>:imate locations shown on Er,hibit E - Reclamation Plan Map. 3. As discussed in Item 1 above, the temporary diversion, which was constructed to divert the Uncompahgre River into the Phase I excavated area during Phase II, will be removed at the completion of Phase II.
