Enclosed is <br />your copy of that inspection report. <br />During the inspection, the following items were noted and need to be brought to your attention: <br />No deficiencies and no problems were noted during the inspection. <br />2. No discharge of wastewater was occurring during the time of inspection. Sunnyside <br />Gold Corporation is maintaining this discharge permit for emergency use only. No active <br />mining or milling is occurring on-site. The only activities occunring are reclamation <br />projects and maintenance, <br />A formal response to this inspection letter is t12 required from the Sunnyside Gold Corporation. <br />Thank you for your time and cooperation.
