Enclosed is your <br />copy of that inspection report. <br />During the inspection, the following items were noted and need to be brought to your attention: <br />No deficiencies and no problems were noted during the inspection. <br />2. In 2000, a second bulkhead was constructedlinstailed in the Terry Tunnel. The Terry <br />Tunnel was then sealed. Reclamation at this site is basically complete, with the <br />exception of waiting for re-vegetation to take and for the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology to release the site. No discharge of wastewater was occurring during the <br />time of inspection. <br />A formal response to this inspection letter is ~ required from the Sunnyside Gold Corporation. <br />Thank you for your time and cooperation.
