Ouffall <br />006A flowed each week of the period, and Outtall 006A only flowed during the second week of the period. No exceedances <br />were noted. <br />In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover <br />the outtalls, which did not discharge. These ouffalls include ponds T (Outtall 002Aj, C (Outtall 004A), D (Ouffafl 005A and <br />OOSW), F (Outtall 007A and 007W), and G (Outtall 008A). Note that ponds A (Outtall 001 A), and H (Ouffall 009A) have been <br />deactivated following bond release, and have been removed from the newly amended permit, effective January 1, 2003.
