Add flow rates and/or water level to the parameter lists. <br />B. Add units of measurement to the anaiysis resuits and <br />parameters lists. <br />C. Please explain why baseline sample analysis show results below the <br />detection limit. <br />3. Please add narrative in the text to describe the sampling is <br />accomplished and how flow rate measurements are taken. <br />4. On page 2.05-36, please eliminate the statement "A hydrologic <br />reclamation plan is not considered necessary at this time". <br />
