<br />EXHIBIT "G" <br />WATER INFORMATION <br />(1) Statement that the operation is not expected to directly affect surface or ground water <br />systems. <br />As stated eazlier in this application, this will be a dry pit operation with no effect on water rights or <br />hydrology of the surrounding area. <br />(2) if the operation is expected to directly affect surface or ground water systems. <br />(I) (ii) (iii). There are no water resources or aquifers that will be affected by this operation. As a drv <br />pit operation, there will be no dewatering involved. <br />(3) Estimate of project water requirements,. <br />No water will be required for [his dry pit operation or in reclamation. <br />(4) Projected amount from each source of water to supply this project. <br />This dry pit operation will have no water requirements. <br />(5) Affirmatively state that the operator has acquired or applied for a NPDES Permit. <br />Concurrently with this application, the operator is applying for a Stonnwater Discharge Permit (COG <br />50000) from the Colorado Department of Health, Water Quality Control Division. <br />
