<br />Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan -Item (d). <br />(d) As stated earlier, topsoil will be segregated and stockpiled. There will be no spoil to be <br />compacted or graded. The proposed SCS recommended seed mix is: <br />Species Varie #/A PLS <br />Blue Grama Covington 1.8 <br />Side Oats Vaughn 5.4 <br />Little Bluestein Camper or Native 2_8 <br /> Total 10.00 # <br />The seed will be planted by a grass drill with competent agitator or will be broadcast. The seed <br />houses in the azea have an adequate supply of these varieties. Late Fall seeding is recommended and <br />has proven tnost successful.
