Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received RAG Empire Corporation's Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), for third <br />quarter 2004, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0034142, <br />on November 1, 2004. RAG-EC provided an electronically generated DMR for the monitoring period <br />of July 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004. <br />Only Outfa11003A discharged during third quarter 2004. None of the reported parameters were found to <br />be outside of CPDS permit limits. CPDS WET Tests are conducted annually instead of quarterly. The <br />reports are in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
