The mine has ceased mining activities and is in the process of reclaiming all <br />areas that report to sediment treatment ponds at the site. Submittal of the reports <br />satisfies the requirement of Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii)(A). <br />No discharge was reported during the 4th quarter of 2004, which is consistent with DMG <br />field inspection. A response to the 3`~ quarter review was received February 9, 2005. <br />The response documents the date and time of the sampling conducted. <br />We have no further questions at this time.
